The Monte Vista Crane Festival brings visitors from across Colorado and beyond to the San Luis Valley each March to celebrate cranes, wildlife, conservation, art, and this remarkable place.
Festival sponsorships help support educational programming, guided experiences, youth opportunities, speakers, and other events that connect visitors with the wildlife, landscapes, and communities of the San Luis Valley.
For businesses and organizations, sponsorship also offers a meaningful way to reach festival attendees while demonstrating support for conservation and the local community.

*Sponsor booths are limited and subject to availability. Gold sponsors receive access to a complimentary booth while space remains; Platinum sponsors receive priority access.
**Festival Experience tickets are subject to availability and program restrictions.
- Sponsors are responsible for providing print-quality logos, advertisements, and other artwork by the stated deadlines.
- The festival cannot guarantee print quality for low-resolution artwork and is not responsible for locating, recreating, or replacing sponsor logos or advertisements.
- Sponsorship commitments must be received by December 15, 2026 to guarantee inclusion in the printed festival program.
- Final logos and advertising artwork are due January 5, 2027.
- Sponsorships received after the deadline may still be accepted, but printed recognition and certain benefits cannot be guaranteed.
